I met Marc Ciminelli 2 years ago at Clinique Eureka as I was referred by my doctor Daniel Gagnon due to my anaemia and over-training. I cycled and ran myself into exhaustion. Marc started a program for me where he first tested my strengths and weaknesses. Then, a gradual build and a new way of training. That being said, a new method of running which I believe today has improved my fitness level tremendously. In 30 minutes, he works to see that all is in order, starting from form to challenging me to new heights. I must say I never walk out feeling drained and never feel the time go by. Marc is not the trainer to come up with new gimmicks, on the contrary, simplicity is his key to good form and safety. I do have bad days and Marc is attentive to those aswell. I feel he is responsible and demanding of his client. I will tell you that I am a 54 year old female and have never felt better! It is not the hours on the bike nor on the run, but his quality time that enables me to cycle and run better and better yet have a healthier way to deal with training as a way of life and not a burden! I am therefore highly recommending his way of teaching and continuous support. Anyone can give a set of exercise to a crowd of people. The difference is that Marc understands what his client needs at every training...it is not a formula but an understanding of the individual. In my mind, this is what distinguishes a good exercise physiologist from another.
